COVID-19 Protocol
New COVID-19 Cleaning and Safety Protocols
To ensure your safety, and the safety of our staff, the following new protocols have been implemented:
Before Your Visit

No walk-in appointments - you must make an appointment in advance.

If you are coming for an in-person appointment, you must fill out the COVID-19 Screening survey which will be automatically sent to you 5 hours before your appointment. This must be completed on the day of your appointment.

If you answer yes to any questions on the COVID-19 Screening survey, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days later.

Please attend your appointment alone if possible.

There will be no one allowed to wait in the reception area. You will enter directly into a treatment room or be asked to wait outside/in your car if the room is not ready for you.

Please arrive on time, close to your appointment time.

Appointments will be spaced apart to allow for cleaning and sanitizing.

All patients must arrive wearing a mask. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $2.
During Your Visit:

Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and MUST be used by all upon entry and exit.

All items in the reception area are removed including chairs, table, magazines, etc.

Social/physical distancing will take place throughout the appointment. If distancing is not possible, appropriate PPE will be worn.

Practitioners and front desk staff will be wearing a mask at all times. Proper hand washing will take place before and after each appointment.

IFC electrode pads are disinfected between patients as normal, or you can purchase your own set for $10.

Contact-less payment options are preferred and statements will be emailed.

Treatment rooms and reception area will be thoroughly sanitized after each appointment.
After Your Visit:

If you test positive or are undergoing investigation for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of your appointment, please notify the clinic immediately.
