Custom Foot Orthotics

Orthotics can be useful whether you have flat feet, high arches, foot pain, knee pain, hip pain, and even low back pain. You will need a gait analysis and foot exam to determine what type of orthotic is best suited for you. A 3D scan will be taken of your feet and then sent to the lab for production. Orthotics can be helpful if you are very active, stand for long periods of time, and can make dress shoes and heels more comfortable.

Common conditions that orthotics can help with are:

  • Plantar Fasciitis

  • Heel Spurs

  • Achilles Tendonitis

  • Metatarsalgia

  • Morton’s Neuroma

  • Shin Splints

  • Over pronation (flat feet)

  • Over supination

  • High Arches

  • Knee pain

Compression Hosiery

Compression hosiery includes compression socks, stockings, and pantyhose. They help to improve blood flow by pushing blood upwards from your ankles. There are several options to best suit your lifestyle - from men’s and women’s business, sports socks, knee-high, thigh high, pantyhose, and a variety of colours!

Common issues that compression hosiery can help with include:

  • Venous insufficiency

  • Varicose veins

  • Standing long hours at work

  • Lymphedema

  • Tired/achy legs

  • During pregnancy

  • During long flights

Custom Braces

Our custom bracing can be used for almost any part of the body - from ankles, knees, to low back, elbows, and wrists. Bracing is used to add extra support so you can keep active while your injury heals. They can also be used for prevention from further injury or re-injury. There are varying degrees of rigidity depending on your condition and lifestyle.
