Dr. Deborah Dyer (Kudjerski) BSc, DC

Dr. Deborah graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013, and then went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2017.

Growing up she was a competitive dancer and swimmer, and a recreational tennis player. Now, she is an active member in her community as the President of Bridlewood Tennis Club, and the President of the Scarborough Tennis Federation. She loves helping people get back to the activities they love to do.

Chiropractic care has always been part of her life and she is happy to be the one providing care for others now. She uses a combination of the best evidence and her clinical experience to help reduce your pain and improve your function. Her treatments may include hands-on therapy (adjustments, mobilizations, and soft tissue therapy), rehabilitation exercises, acupuncture, laser therapy, and/or shockwave therapy. She also may recommend additional products such as braces or foot orthotics to supplement her treatments. 

From teens to weekend warriors, to the elderly, Dr. Deborah provides hands-on pain relief from muscle and joint complaints to help you feel your best.

Tenzin Rabyang BPT, RPT

Registered Physiotherapist & Acupuncture Provider

Tenzin is educated in both India and in Canada. He received his license to practice physiotherapy in 2016. He has 6 years of experience working within the private practice. Furthermore, he is a confident and skilled manual therapist and uses up-to date evidence based treatment in order to obtain the best results for a variety of conditions.

He has a special interest in orthopaedic conditions and chronic pain. Likewise, he thrives on freeing people from pain and discomfort in the shortest time frame possible. Not only that, but he is expertly placed to advise on returning to full fitness and preventing injury.

Thuy Van Hoang RMT, DOMP

Registered Massage Therapist & Osteopath

Thuy ("T") graduated from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2012. He has over 10 years of experiences in spa, clinic and rehab settings. Thuy has always had a passion for helping people, and is successful in treating stress related concerns, sport and overuse injuries, and acute and chronic pain. He uses a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and relaxation techniques.

 

Thuy also graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy (NAO) in 2021. Manual osteopathy is best known for treatment of neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders. He uses a combination of soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization and craniosacral therapies. As a holistic, whole-body approach, it helps with low back pain, neck pain, sport injuries, repetitive stresses, chronic pain and headaches.

 

Thuy is a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO), and The Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA).

 

On his days off, he likes to spend time with his family at the cottage.

Dr. David Han HBSc, MPK, DC

Chiropractor & Acupuncture Provider

Dr. David Han graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2022. Taking an early interest in the Chiropractic field and the study of human anatomy, Dr. Han graduated from the Kinesiology program at McMaster University. Upon graduation, he pursued further education by completing a 2-year program of Master of Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. 

 

Dr. Han holds a special interest in the field of exercise rehabilitation. Dr. Han has over 5 years of experience in the rehabilitation industry where he was able to hone his skills via various healthcare settings including hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, and rehabilitation centres as an exercise therapist/Registered Kinesiologist.   

 

The chiropractic profession has always been Dr. Han’s career dream and he is now able to provide evidence-based chiropractic care to help reduce your pain and improve your function.

Freha Mian M.A., RP

Psychotherapist

Freha Mian is a Registered Psychotherapist at 416 Chiro. She is registered, in good standing, with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is also a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She can also be found on Psychology Today.

 

Freha works collaboratively with her clients to help guide them on a journey of self-awareness and personal growth to aid them in living a more fulfilling life. Utilizing a client-centered approach unique to individual needs, she supports clients in identifying and voicing their core concerns, as well as explores goals and treatment options with them. She works collaboratively with you to recognize and overcome challenges that may be holding you back. Freha employs evidence-based practices to help clients manage difficult thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and resulting physical reactions. Freha also recognizes and appreciates the vital role that culture and life experiences play in shaping unique world views and behaviours. Therefore, she fosters a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment where clients can comfortably share their experiences and concerns.
